Tai Chi

Tai Chi is a graceful exercise and meditation system. Classed as an ancient Chinese Martial Art, Tai Chi is non-competitive and marries movement with breath, flowing into each movement without pause.

Due to its flowing, gentle nature and being low impact, it is suitable for all ages and abilities.
